CLOSE TOLERANCE MACHINING
We house a wide-variety of specialized machinery that allows us to complete everything from small, intricate, parts all the way to full scale large machined assemblies while maintaining tight tolerances, high speed, and workmanship you can rely on to make your project a success.
Our machines include features such as contouring head systems, 33k lb load capacity, rapid tool changing, rapid travel, precision heads for small and large jobs, and more.
PRECISION laser cutting
We have over 150 years of combined experience in high-quality laser cutting and produce 15-20 tons of custom laser cut products every day. With 8 precision TRUMPF lasers, we can handle projects big and small with the speed and accuracy you need to ensure your parts are complete on time and meet your requirements.
All of our lasers are fully equipped with advanced features such as pallet changers, flying optics, linear drives, and beam adjustments that ensure clean cuts and tight tolerances.
We combine them with the best-in-industry software to ensure optimal nesting and reduced waste.
Our leading edge equipment allows us to repeat set ups accurately and timely. This ensures that whenever you need product again, it can be produced quickly with the precision and workmanship you depend on.
We are equipped to work with a variety of metals and even nonmetallic materials. This allows us to serve numerous types of industries including medical, automotive, food, manufacturing and energy as well as aerospace and nuclear. Our TRUMPF press brakes and lasers help reduce the cycle times for manufacturing products so we can pass those savings on to you.
REVERSE ENGINEERING & inspection
Our Faro CMM's are equipped with 3D Scanning capabilities that allows us to do quick, on-the-go CAD to Part Comparison and 3D Reverse Engineering.
We have provided inspection and geometry acquisition services for manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, and nuclear industry leaders. We can capture data from parts as small as a golf ball to an entire manufacturing facility and beyond.
We pair our machines with best-in-class software to ensure quality in each design. From there, we can pick up and take the prototypes straight through production in our fully equipped manufacturing and fabrication shop. Keep Reading >>
